A Midlands based call centre specialising in inbound calls turned to Fill the Gap Marketing after a reduction in in-house marketing personnel. They were looking to achieve better results, whilst reducing their overall marketing costs.

Our relationship with this client began with the writing of a brand new marketing plan in order to establish the most profitable way to market the business. This involved us carrying out a customer survey, analysing their competitors and looking at the market (internally and externally). Based on the research, it was established that to increase leads, the company needed to promote the reliability of their services, their expertise in customer service and how they are specialists in overflow and out of hours calls. Once this message was determined, we then put together a tactical marketing plan to help them win at least one new client a month.

As well as this, on average, the company was able to convert 3 new clients a month, beating the target of 1 new client a month, leading to a more profitable year for the business.
